Heather Skomski, PMHNP‑BC, AGPCNP‑BC, is a dual board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing evidence‑based mental health care for children ages 6 and up, teens, and adults. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma‑related conditions, PTSD, mood disorders, sleep concerns, and life‑transition challenges.
 

Heather has a strong clinical focus on women’s mental health, including perimenopause and postmenopause‑related mood changes, as well as weight‑focused psychiatric care and medication‑related metabolic concerns. She also provides ADHD evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
