Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – New Hampshire and Massachusetts
(Part-time - Full-Time) – W-2 Employee Location: Amherst, New Hampshire | Remote

🌿 Role Overview

At Hopeful Mind Mental Health, psychiatric nurse practitioners enjoy a flexible schedule, a manageable caseload, and the ability to work fully remote with optional in‑person availability in the future. As a small practice, we genuinely value work‑life balance and understand the real challenges that come with being a psychiatric provider.

We provide full administrative support—including billing, credentialing, marketing, and scheduling—along with consistent referrals and a fully remote workflow. As a small practice, we do not currently offer traditional health insurance; instead, we focus on realistic caseload expectations, flexible scheduling, and a strong commitment to work‑life balance.

Our benefits include:
✔ 401(k) with 4% employer match

🤝 What We’re Looking For

  • PMHNP licensure in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with a DEA license in both states

  • Experience treating substance use disorders

  • Ability to manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions

  • Minimum of two years of PMHNP clinical experience

  • Bonus: Dual FNP certification to support care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause

  • Interest in long‑term practice growth within a supportive team environment

  • Preference for clinicians who want to focus on team‑based work rather than running a separate private practice; this role is ideal for those seeking stability without business overhead

  • No on‑call duties and no private‑practice administrative burden

📌 Additional Details

  • Caseload expectations: Caseload will build gradually based on referrals, with a minimum of 40 patients/week once established

  • Schedule: You choose your availability Monday through Friday. Weekend scheduling is optional, but support staff is not available on Saturdays or Sundays

  • Location: Remote at this time, with optional in‑person availability in the future if needed

  • Bonus structure: Optional additional compensation is available for clinicians who prefer a caseload above 40 patients/week

  • Start date: ASAP after credentialing
